I’m a Lecturer in Media based in Sydney. I help people learn about the media – especially new media – at Media School Australia. I also teach part-time at the University of Western Sydney in the School of Communication.
I love the way you can get on the web and broadcast to the world the things you’re passionate about.
My own great passions are the environment and the media. I’ve combined them to produce a green blog and green podcast by the name of The Environment Show. (The podcast is the no.1 independent environment podcast on iTunes in Australia. It’s also going well on Twitter and YouTube.)
I’m now encouraging my students to find their own true passion in life and then promote it to the world. (Some people call this ‘personal branding’.)
